This fall, Four Seasons Resort ºÚÁÏÍø at Troon North introduces Afternoon Tea, beginning on September 6. Available every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 2pm to 4pm, this seasonal tea experience takes place in the stunning Onyx Bar & Lounge, offering elevated, panoramic views of the desert and Valley.
Guests will begin their experience with a selection of scones, accompanied by clotted cream, Arizona marmalade, berry compote, and honey whipped butter. The savory menu features a variety of items, including Potato Latke with Crème Fraiche, Chive, and Osetra Caviar, Dungeness Crab Roll on an organic butter roll, and Cognac Duck Terrine.
The tea's centerpiece is the exquisite selection of sweet treats crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Bustos. Highlights include the Beehive, a combination of coconut mousse and honey cake with passionfruit caviar; the Onyx, featuring chocolate mousse, salted caramel, and hazelnut crunch; the Cactus, which offers a southwestern twist with prickly pear and cheesecake mousse; and the Sunset, a blend of citrus cream, seasonal fruit, and meringue.
Complementing the sweet and savory delights is a selection of over 10 loose leaf teas, including options such as Earl Grey Lavender, Lemon Ginger, Rose Hawthorn Pu’er, Blue Jasmine, and Chilean Cranberry Citrus.

There will be one seating from 2 to 4 pm every Friday, Saturday and Sunday; reservations are required. The cost is $80 for adults and $40 for children.
