Festive Brunch in Talavera Talavera will offer a Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day brunch buffet from 10:00am to 2:00pm, featuring a celebratory feast. Highlights include a decadent seafood station, carving station, turkey with all the trimmings, churros made to order, a selection of festive desserts and a children’s buffet station.

Festive Pies To-Go Executive Pastry Chef Yudith Bustos and her talented pastry team will offer a curated selection of traditional pies to-go for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Children’s Cookie Decorating Class Executive Pastry Chef Yudith Bustos will host two cookie-decorating classes for children in Proof on December 8 and 15, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Each child will embellish delicious gingerbread cookies to take home with them. The cost is $50 per child under 12.
Outdoor Holiday Movie Series This December, the hotel will invite guests for a series of beloved holiday classics presented on
a massive outdoor screen. Under the twinkling lights and the starry Sonoran Desert sky, guests will immerse themselves in the enchantment of the season with the following schedule:
- Elf: Friday, December 6, 2024 (Ironwood Terrace) at 630pm
- Polar Express: Friday, December 13, 2024 (Ironwood Terrace) at 630pm
- Home Alone: Friday, December 20, 2024 (Fountain Terrace) at 630pm
General admission tickets are priced at $40 per person and include access to our snack bar, which will feature classic concession stand favorites such as popcorn, warm pretzels, and cotton candy.
Gingerbread Afternoon Tea Guests and locals alike can experience the festive charm of the holiday season with a delightful Gingerbread Afternoon Tea in Onyx. This unique tea service combines the elegance of traditional afternoon tea with a whimsical gingerbread twist, offering a cozy and memorable escape from the holiday hustle and bustle.
Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 2pm to 4pm December 6th – 29th $80 per adult; $40 for children 12 and under. Prices are exclusive of tax and gratuity.
Breakfast with Santa The popular Breakfast with Santa returns to the resort on December 15, 21, and 22. Guests will enjoy an array of breakfast favorites with a celebratory buffet and appearance by Santa himself. There will be two seatings; one at 8:30 and the other at 10:30 am.
$70 per adult; $30 for children 12 and under. Prices are exclusive of tax and gratuity.
New Year’s Eve Onyx will celebrate New Year’s Eve from 8pm to 2am with champagne, caviar, a DJ, and dance floor. All attendees must be 21 years of age.
Football enthusiasts will enjoy a watch party in Proof which will include large TV screens, themed décor, and food and beverage specials.
Holiday Shopping
Guests can complete their holiday shopping at the resort's retail shops, offering stylish products and specialty gift items. The resort will also host an Anatomie trunk show on November 29 and 30 and a Cynthia Jones Jewelry trunk show on November 29.
