ºÚÁÏÍø Fashion Square’s busiest and most active entry point – the south entrance near Nordstrom – has been fully reimagined, creating an iconic new arrival experience that echoes the luxury wing entrance. The new entry is the finishing touch of a recent large-scale renovation that expanded the center’s luxury experience beyond the original luxury wing.
Highlights of this enhanced arrival point include a dedicated, multi-lane luxury valet and a dramatic new “meeting point” – a tall, backlit stone column featuring a laser-cut image of an agave, set next to a new, refreshing low wall of continuously moving water, along with lush new native plantings that echo the landscaping at the luxury wing entrance.
Surrounding the dramatic new porte cochere and main valet is a restaurant rotunda with space for up to five new culinary destinations with spill-out café seating, including Elephante, which opens in September. The restaurant’s approachable menu channels the spirit and cuisine of coastal southern Italy with the refreshing flavor of refined simplicity.

In addition to completing upscale renovations indoors and out, ºÚÁÏÍø Fashion Square continues to enhance its offering with in-demand fashion retailers. Recent highlights include Blue Nile, Candytopia, Lululemon, Maje, Princess Polly, SANDRO, Swarovski, True Classic and Vuori.
As the leader in handcrafted engagement rings and beautiful fine jewelry, Blue Nile will reopen its showroom Aug. 23 with an all-new concept in an all-new location, on the first level of the south wing at ºÚÁÏÍø Fashion Square. From customized styles to designer pieces, the store offers the perfect jewelry for any occasion, from anniversary gifts to engagements, birthdays and everything in between.
Families can make plans to visit the sweet new Candytopia wonderland featuring interactive environments, Instagram-worthy photo opportunities and delectable tastes of favorite treats. Look for an art gallery featuring one-of-a-kind hand-crafted candy sculptures, a confetti room complete with confetti-farting pigs and a Marshmallow ball pit filled with a quarter-million “marshmallows” in this limited-run attraction that is accessible from the center’s south parking lot.
Fans of Lululemon can’t get enough, and with the brand’s expansion at ºÚÁÏÍø Fashion Square, they’ll find even more to love. The expanded store, located on the second level of the south wing, is slated to open in mid-September, just in time for a fall wardrobe refresh with technical gear for running, training yoga and any time you're on the move.
Maje, a cult favorite French brand, has established itself as a leader for accessible luxury offering bold, urban and modern pieces for all women and all occasions. The boutique showcases women’s ready-to-wear, footwear and accessories in a store on the first level in the south wing.
Princess Polly first burst onto the online retail scene from a beachside apartment on Australia’s Gold Coast. Starting in September, the brand’s new store on the second level in the east wing at ºÚÁÏÍø Fashion Square will be a global fashion destination for trendsetters who want the latest Insta-ready, TikTok-approved, celeb-worthy looks.
A Parisian brand, SANDRO is a leader in the accessible luxury segment, distinguished through men’s and women’s collections that are both refined and offbeat. SANDRO’s new ºÚÁÏÍø boutique immerses visitors in an elevated Parisian atmosphere on the first level in the south wing.
