- A $110 million renovation at is well underway, with the recent opening of a new pool complex that includes luxurious cabanas and two new poolside restaurants and bars with expanded lounging areas. The resort has tapped celebrity chef and James Beard Award nominee Richard Blais to create six original new dining concepts for the resort that will be coming soon. Upon completion of all renovations, the resort will be unveiled as Arizona's first Grand Hyatt property.

Themed Gold Palette ArtWalks, including Summer Spectacular (July 11), begin at 6:30 p.m. and offer wine tastings, small bites and live music centered around that evening’s theme.
